First, let me start by saying my goal is not only to entertain but to inform and raise awareness about cold cases throughout Florida.

Secondly, I am a Native Floridian, born and raised right here in the Sunshine State. So,  I write everything with love and affection, and sometimes with embarrassment and anger. And let’s be honest, Florida has a particular reputation in the news and true-crime community.  We have the legend of #FloridaMan (more on that later or you can Google it). We have infamous cases and laws, i.e., Stand Your Ground, and last, but not least, is the belief that all serial killers move to Florida, eventually.  Hence, the name of the blog.
